Cox Enterprises Discovery Center & Museum

The Cox Discovery Center is an interactive museum element designed to present the breadth of Cox's culture, values, and innovation to multiple audiences. In its new Discovery Center, Cox Enterprises, a leader in communications, media, and automotive services for more than a century, wanted to showcase both their range of offerings and the people responsible for them - a global community of 60,000 employees. Drawing on their experience in similar roles with the National College Football Hall of Fame and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, DaVinci Development served as owner's representative, and project managed a dedicated team of exhibit, interior, media, fabrication and AV designers on a dynamic, 4,000 SF space that freshly tells the Cox story. Nine complex exhibits and media installations create a holistic interactive environment that inspires, engages, and delights each visitor. In addition to serving as the owner's representative, the team conducted extensive employee and executive engagement that assisted in developing the Center's exhibit messaging and program.

Today the space continues to serve as the heart of Cox's 30-acre corporate campus (which DaVinci Development executives also led). It welcomes new employees, visitors, and customers as they learn about what makes Cox Enterprises such a unique company as the largest (by revenues) privately owned company in the State.
